We are seeking dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse I (RN I) professionals to support high-quality patient care in a family-focused setting.
Summary of Duties:

- Deliver direct patient care and pediatric assessments \n
- Coordinate clinic workflow and manage provider scheduling \n
- Conduct lab procedures (e.g., strep, RSV, venipuncture, urine/throat cultures) \n
- Triage patient calls and support prescription refill management \n
- Assist in care coordination, including follow-ups from hospital visits \n
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and contribute to clinical meetings \n
- Cross-train and support other clinical tasks as needed \n
Qualifications - RN I:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina \n
- Current BCLS certification \n
- Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment, documentation, and patient education \n
- Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare practices and protocols \n
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field \n
- 6-12 months of experience showing progression toward Level II RN competencies preferred \n

Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidate is a \nlicensed \nPediatric Registered Nurse \n in North Carolina with a strong pediatric background, excellent triage and clinical task management skills, and a collaborative approach to patient care. They are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle lab procedures, patient assessments, and care coordination with confidence. At the LPN II level, they bring advanced clinical judgment, proven experience in managing complex care situations, and the ability to mentor peers.

Rate: USD $47,840 to $52,400
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered Registered Nurse North Carolina state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
- One year of work experience as Registered Nurse
- One year of EMR experience
- Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
- Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
