is collaborating with a hospital less than 30 minutes from Phoenix, Arizona, with an opening for a Pediatric Surgeon to provide locum coverage.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p in clinic
• 24-hour inpatient call with in-house rounding
• Setting: Outpatient and inpatient
• Will cover trauma cases
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, float above the desert in a sunrise hot air balloon ride, hike in the Superstition Mountains, and enjoy a close proximity to downtown Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Pediatric Surgeon Arizona state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Pediatric Surgeon program
• One year of work experience as Pediatric Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
