• FTE: 1.0 (36 patient contact hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 18–22 patients/day
• Practice Scope:
  • Well-child exams
  • Immunizations
  • ADHD treatment
  • Sports physicals
  • Adolescent health programs
• Team: Join a collaborative group of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics (including 1 PNP), and APPs
• Call: No inpatient call
• Outreach: None
• EMR: Epic

• Pediatric Residency – REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible – REQUIRED
